The college has a big sports ground and a gymnasium to facilitate extracurricular Activities of the students like football, Cricket etc. Indoor game facilities are also available in the college common room where competitions are arranged regularly. |

The organization is working in the field of motivation of people for voluntary blood donation and posthumous eye donation for cornea transplantation. Sandhani also facilitates treatment for poor patients through distribution of free drugs. |
